1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing corechainresearch.com or placing an order with Core Chain Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site and do not purchase any product.
2. Research Use Only
Every peptide, compound, and research chemical sold by Core Chain Labs is:
- supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory research;
- not approved by any regulatory authority for use in humans or animals;
- not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition;
- not offered for sale to anyone under 21 years of age;
- not authorised for resale without our prior written permission.
By purchasing, you certify that you are a qualified research professional or are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research organisation, and that every product will be used solely for lawful scientific research.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase. By placing an order you represent that you meet that requirement and that you are purchasing for lawful research purposes only.
You further agree that: (a) the statements you have made about your research qualifications and intended use are true; (b) you consent to verification measures, including IP address checks and requests for confirmation of the information you provided; and (c) Core Chain Labs may cancel any order at any time where information appears to be false. You indemnify Core Chain Labs against any harm arising from use of a product outside in vitro, non-human, research-use-only conditions.
We may request proof of institutional or research affiliation before fulfilling an order. Where that proof is not supplied on request, the order may be cancelled and refunded in full.
4. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders destined for jurisdictions where a compound is restricted. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice.
Accepted payment methods are: peer-to-peer transfer services (as listed at checkout). Payment is due within 48 hours of an order being placed; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after that and any reserved stock is released.
You are responsible for sending payment to the exact destination shown in your order confirmation. Payments sent elsewhere cannot be recovered by us.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the United States. Dispatch days are Monday to Saturday, with a same-day cut-off of 2 PM local time; orders placed after the cut-off or on a non-dispatch day go out on the next dispatch day. We are not responsible for carrier delays or weather events. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery of the parcel to the carrier. Full detail is in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact corechainlabs@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and the packaging. We will investigate and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
7. Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree to each of the following prohibitions:
- Never purchase, possess, or use any product for human or animal consumption, for a therapeutic purpose, or for anything other than lawful in vitro scientific research.
- Never resell or redistribute any product as a dietary supplement, a therapeutic, or a drug.
- Never make a medical, therapeutic, outcome, or health-related claim in connection with any product.
- Never use a product in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited or restricted without complying with all applicable law.
- Never purchase on behalf of, or supply to, anyone who intends a non-research use.
- Never circumvent the age confirmation or provide false information to gain access.
Improper use of these products breaches federal law as well as these Terms. A breach terminates your account immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities. The statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use of these products in humans or animals can cause serious injury.
8. Compliance With Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of any product complies with all applicable federal, state, and local law. Some compounds are restricted in some jurisdictions; verify the position where you are before ordering. We may refuse shipment anywhere we have reason to believe the law prohibits or restricts a product.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are supplied "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no representation as to the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any product information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, Core Chain Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of any product or of this site, even if advised that such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to it.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on corechainresearch.com — text, graphics, logos, photography, and product descriptions — belongs to Core Chain Labs and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse it without our prior written permission.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Core Chain Labs and its members, officers, employees, and agents against any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of a product or of this site; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your breach of any law; (d) your infringement of a third party's rights; or (e) any use of a product in a human or for a therapeutic purpose, which these Terms never permit.
13. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the law of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any proceeding not subject to arbitration under the section below must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Union, New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
14. Dispute Resolution
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, their breach, termination, enforcement, or validity, or to the site or the products (collectively, "Disputes"), will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in Union, New Jersey, or remotely if both parties agree.
The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve all Disputes, including whether a Dispute is arbitrable. The award is final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to stop infringement of intellectual property or misuse of confidential information.
15. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver
You and Core Chain Labs each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to take part in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Claims must be brought individually. You may not consolidate your claims with those of any other person or entity.
16. Force Majeure
Core Chain Labs is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic, war, terrorism, government action, carrier failure, or supply-chain disruption. We will notify you as soon as practicable and resume performance when the event ends.
17. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Shipping & Returns Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Core Chain Labs regarding the site and the products, and supersede any prior agreement or representation.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time; changes take effect when posted. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
